Mabushi is a district in Abuja, Nigerian that has developed rapidly into a middle to high income residential area. Our medium density housing prototype is a series of single family terrace housing that maximises the land without compromising the quality of the outdoor areas for family living. The terrace houses are efficient in plan and structure, and the use of simple natural materials produce a unique contemporary, afro-minimalist design character synonymous with NLÉ’s works.
